The UK home of Cameleo decorative finishes — supplied as complete systems, backed by people
who apply them for a living.
Who we are?
Cameleo UK Ltd is the exclusive UK distributor of Cameleo — a European manufacturer of premium
decorative wall and floor finishes with over 20 years of craftsmanship behind it. We bring the
full Cameleo range to British interiors: microcement, architectural concrete, Venetian stucco,
travertine, pearl and metallic finishes, real rust effects, and natural clay plasters and paints.
We’re based in London and supply the whole of the UK from our own stock.
Why Cameleo?
Cameleo produces its finishes in western Poland, near Poznań, as a family-run manufacturer —
using solar energy, recycled rainwater and reused production waste. The results are low-VOC,
antibacterial finishes that have covered hundreds of thousands of square metres of walls and
floors in homes, hotels and commercial spaces across Europe. They’re specified by architects for
their character, and trusted by applicators for their consistency.
We chose Cameleo because we’ve applied it ourselves and know what it does on a real wall.
What we do differently
We don’t sell buckets — we sell systems
Every Cameleo finish is a matched set: the right primer, the decorative material and the correct protective coat for the job. Get one layer wrong and the result — and the guarantee — falls apart. So every product we supply comes as part of a complete, manufacturer-approved system, and our configurator calculates the exact materials for your square meterage.
We tint here
Our London base has its own tinting station, so standard and NCS colours are mixed on site — no waiting for Poland.
We train and certify
The Cameleo UK Academy runs hands-on certification in microcement, decorative finishes and natural clay — and, unlike most courses, we also teach the business side: substrate assessment, pricing, contracts and daywork. Certified applicators carry the manufacturer’s guarantee on their work.
We connect the project
Homeowners get samples, visualisations and a network of certified applicators. Architects and designers get technical data, colour matching and a named contact. Applicators get trade pricing, UK stock and support in English and Polish.
The people behind it
Cameleo UK was founded by three partners from London’s construction
and design scene — an applicator, a sales lead and an operations lead
— who between them cover the whole journey from specification to
finished wall.
Technical Operations & Training
Nineteen years applying decorative finishes on London sites, as a subcontractor to many of the UK’s leading fit-out and finishing firms. Leads the Cameleo UK Academy and is responsible for application quality and technical support.
Business Development & Sales
B2B sales and relationships with architects, designers and fit-out companies; builds the certified applicator network.
Operations & Finance
Logistics, stock, customer service and finance.
